Dear SSICP Families:
It is time to sign up for Parent-Teacher Conferences, and we are excited to offer both virtual and in-person conference options!
Parent-Teacher Conferences (Report-Card Pick-up) at SSICP will take place this Thursday, November 18th from 12 p.m. - 6 p.m. In order to maintain the health and safety of staff, students, and families, we ask that all parents please schedule times to meet with teachers using the linked Parent-Teacher Conference Sign-Up Document (Linked Here). Within these two slides, you will simply need to click the link on the staff member's name, then sign up for an appointment time with them. Directions are provided on each slide on the left hand side.
Parent-Teacher Conference Day Schedule:
12 p.m. - 3 p.m. - Virtual Parent-Teacher Conferences (Teachers are only available for virtual conferences on Google Meets during this time window)
3 p.m. - 6 p.m. - In-Person Parent-Teacher Conferences (Teachers are only available for in-person conferences during this time window)
**Please note that virtual conferences will take place online in Google Meets and in-person meetings will take place in person at the South Shore International College Prep school building. Appointments are necessary to lock in a time-slot with teachers/staff. Also, please be sure to answer the following questions when scheduling the conference within the Google appointment sign-up: What is your child's name, what is your name (parent/guardian)?, what is your telephone number? What is your email address?

As a friendly reminder, all staff, students, and visitors to CPS buildings are required to follow the district's health and safety guidelines:
- Face masks are required at all times while in the school building
- Maintain at least 3 feel of social distancing and avoid physical contact
- Tables will be marked with designated areas to sit in order to social distance while conferencing
- All visitors must enter through the main entrance (75th and Jeffrey)
